For over a decade, I have helped schools and universities transitioning to new leadership or structures identify a common vision and mission tailored to their specific situation. Action plans are developed that align with the new vision and mission, and focus on improving teaching and learning for all students.

Three to five day workshops are collaboratively planned with school/program leadership and aligned to program, state or national goals.
